VISION non-profit organisation SODAplus (education)

Students who excel in Punctuality, Order, Discipline and a professional Attitude receive a SODA certificate at the end of the school year. This gives them a better chance of having access to fun holiday jobs, instructive internships and free events. 

In this way, they discover the importance of a good work ethic and they increase their autonomous motivation.

Every school year, non-profit organisation SODA+ supervises and coaches many schools. This enables them to improve the quality of their schools by taking into account the feedback from “SODA pupils”, employers and schools in general. Together with the schools, we draw up a plan of approach in order to motivate as many pupils as possible. In the appendix you will find a personalized report which we use to guide our schools.

Objectives:

1.    To create a more efficient evaluation tool => time-saving => a more qualitative performance review

2.    To use a SODA report = tool to help students grow. [Growth Mindset]

3.    To turn SODA pupils into role models and SODA schools into example schools

4.    To organize “reward events” in collaboration with youth movements and youth work => create connection => more autonomous motivation

5.    To increase autonomous motivation => improve attitudes => raise the level of education

6.    To improve the relationship between employers and schools

7.    To offer equal opportunities on the labour market to students by using fair and objective selection criteria (migrant / underprivileged students).
