Our vision

Due to the declining active population, Kommon is convinced that employers should look for alternative motivation strategies. Motivating employees only with financial bonuses is not a maintainable system in the 21st century.

Kommon is supported by a powerful and dynamic team, all passionate about positive behavioural change and evidence-based practice.

 
 
 

Our approach

We create innovative practical solutions by making use of new insights in behavioural sciences.

To do this, we first make a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the problem. Then, together with our partner, we develop a practical solution.
